The funeral for Donald Eugene Sisk, 86, of Austin, Texas, and formerly of Princeton, was Tuesday at Beshear Funeral Home.
The Rev. Wayne Lamb officiated. Burial followed at Rosedale Cemetery.
He died Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2019, at St. David South Austin Medical Center, Austin.
He was born in Hopkins County to the late Garland Sisk and Mary Lucille Vaughn Sisk. He served his country in the U.S. Army, and he was a truck driver most of his working life. He was a Baptist.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Adelaide Sisk, and a brother, John Sisk.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda Christine Sisk; a daughter, Teresa Griffin, Austin; a son, Donald Eugene Sisk Jr., Branson, Mo.; two sisters, Naomi Beshears of Hopkinsville, and Magdalene Ladd of Eddyville; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Active pallbearers were Don Sisk Jr., David Purdy, Cody Hook, Ben Boehman, Jason Thacker, Quinten Blake and Donald Stevens.
