Funeral services for Margie Crick Perkins, 95, Barnsley, were Saturday at Reid-Walters Funeral Home, Earlington.

The Rev. Paul Moore officiated. Burial followed at Oakwood Cemetery in Earlington.

She died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2020, at her home.

She was born in West Virginia on Aug. 8, 1924, to the late Earl R. and Maebell Crick.

She was a member of Earlington First Baptist Church and a homemaker. SHe was the head of the Quilting Bee at the Madisonville Senior Citizens Center for years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Perkins, and her daughter, Betty Jean Heil.

Survivors include her five children, Ethel Pendley, Barnsley, Shelby Perkins, Barnsley, Shirley Carroll, Florida, Jeffrey Perkins, Barnsley, and Sandra Lovell, Dawson Springs; one sister, Bennie Rene Roberts, Mortons Gap; one brother, Ray Crick, Bremen; 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were JR Pendley, James Pendley, Jonathan Carroll, Mark Minton, Mark Dembkowski, Mark Lovell and Tristan Crick.
