These establishments were inspected by the Hopkins County Health Department through Feb. 6:

• Domino’s Pizza — 99. A violation was outside dumpster not covered.

• Days Inn kitchen — 100

• Denny’s — 96. Violations were water on floor by ice machine, box of bacon on floor in walk-in cooler, spillage in bottom of ice cream freezer, tong handle touching lettuce and water standing in bottom of salad cooler.

• Ideal Market No. 14 deli (Hanson Road) — 100

• Lucky Buffet — 99. Violations were handle on refrigerator needs repairing and lid on freezer needs repairing.

• Huck’s deli (South Main) — 93. Violations were no certified food manager on duty, employee seen not washing hands before putting on gloves, wiping cloths not in sanitizing solution, food spillage in some of the freezers/coolers and food stored on floor in both walk-ins. A follow-up inspection is required.

• Huck’s deli (South Main) — 98 during a follow-up inspection. Violations were no certified food protection manager on duty and food spillage in bottom of some coolers/freezers.

• Papa John’s — 98. Violations were scoop handle touching food product and no certified food protection manager on duty.

• Tradewater Pointe — 100

• Madisonville Health & Rehab — 100

• Pizza Hut — 99. Violations were water in bottom of prep cooler, food spillage in bottom of prep cooler and drink nozzles need cleaning.

• Dairy Queen (Dawson Springs) — 99. A violation was floor beneath shelving in walk-in cooler needs cleaning.

• Regional Senior Citizen Center — 100

• Ideal Market No. 6 deli (East Center) — 100

• White Plains Senior Citizen Center — 99. A violation was no certified food protection manager.
